Free health insurance navigator services are available in a community or from a computer near you!

Starting in April 2023 and continuing for several months, all Medicaid members will have to renew their health coverage. If you receive a notice that you are no longer eligible for Medicaid and need help finding new coverage, request local help or schedule an appointment today. You can also call us at (833) 628-4467 or (833) NAV-4INS with questions or to schedule an appointment. Services are available in-person, online and by phone, and in multiple languages.

Health Insurance Eligibility

Open Enrollment for the Marketplace is now closed, but you can still get health insurance coverage if you qualify for the following:

  • A Special Enrollment Period due to a recent life event, such as losing other coverage, moving, getting married, or having a baby.
  • Medicaid or a new Special Enrollment Period based on estimated household income.

How to Apply for Health Insurance

There are several ways you can shop for and enroll in a health insurance plan:

Schedule an appointment

with a local trained Navigator who can walk you through the process and help you find a plan.

Call our toll-free hotline at (833) 628-4467 or (833) NAV-4INS

with questions or to schedule an appointment.

Visit Healthcare.gov to shop on your own for a Marketplace plan.

Medicaid coverage is also available in Ohio year-round for individuals and families with qualifying incomes. You can apply today at benefits.ohio.gov.
